幾個情投意合的老友常聚在一起聊往事，唱老歌，Que Sera Sera，Quano quano quano, Rhythm of the Rain , Tennessee Waltz ,Yesterday Once More , Hey Jude , Moon River , as the Time Goes by, the One you love, Colors of the Wind 是最常唱的，唱到熱絡時，常變成混聲大合唱，煞是好聽！而我，尤其喜歡唱風中奇緣的主題曲--- Color of the Wind，歌曲悠揚輕快，歌詞含蘊雋永，闡釋了萬物平等，共生共容的的真諦，唱著，和著，John Smith和Pocahontas彷彿翩翩在眼前起舞---
此曲是Pocahontas對John Smith所謂Savages一詞所發的謬論頗不以為然，乃藉 (Colors of the Wind)這首歌闡述大自然的生物各有其性靈和生命，人類往往自以為萬物之靈而藐視其他生物，這是最要不得的事。然後輕輕哼了一小段

我們常聽到的則是非裔美國小姐Vanessa Williams所演唱的片尾曲，演唱曾獲得1996年奧斯卡獎、金球獎及葛拉美獎的最佳電影歌曲獎等多項殊榮。

迪士尼所拍的「風中奇緣Pocahontas」著重在印地安部落公主Pocahontas和英國上尉John Smith的戀愛故事，最後卻因種族的分歧，世俗的紛擾而分別，John Smith因受傷返回英國就醫，而Pocahontas則需帶領印地安人為生存奮鬥，這和我讀過的英文小說略有不同，事實上，Pocahontas不但接受基督教的洗禮，與年長她10歲的John Rolfe相愛，並於1614年結為夫婦，活躍於英國的社交，後來雖有機會與John Smith再見面，但為時已晚矣。
